By accessing or using Most (“the Service”), operated by Most LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Most is a business automation platform that provides domain registration, website creation, email, SMS, voice, direct mail, CRM, workflow automation, and AI-powered tools. We provision and manage third-party services on your behalf as part of the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for ensuring all communications sent through the Service comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state regulations. This includes obtaining proper consent before sending messages and honoring opt-out requests.
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Usage-based charges (SMS, voice, domain registration, direct mail) are billed at the rates displayed at the time of use and are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Most LLC.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Most LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
